About the Panellists

Pooja Makhija –

Pooja Makhija is a nutritionist, functional practitioner, entrepreneur and a mother of two teenagers. She’s transformed the bodies & lives of several people from different walks of life – including celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Karan Johar, Ranbir Kapoor, and various industrialists, CEOs, models, athletes, politicians, and many more. She believes in helping people rebuild a correct relationship with food. She’s had her own TV show, Radio show & a regular column in the Times of India.

Dr. Agam Vora –

Dr. Agam Vora is a Chest Specialist & Medical Director of Advanced Multi Specialty Hospital, Mumbai. He has 20+ years of experience in his field of pulmonology, and has helped more than 4 lakh patients so far. Dr Agam Vora was conferred Young Scientist award by Tuberculosis Association of India. He’s written a few health columns addressing health problem & easy solutions for the community.

Dr. Vinit Samdani

– Dr. Vinit Samdani is a Paediatrician and has a vast experience of more than 15 years and specialized in complex congenital and acquired heart diseases. He has gained experience in intensive care with over 2200 cardiac cases and Central and Arterial Lines, Chest Tubes and Difficult Intubation. He aims to educate parents on proper child rearing to avoid complications & has participated in various seminars and conferences.

Parthiv Patel –

Parthiv Patel is an Indian Cricketer, wicketkeeper-batsman & was a member of the Indian national cricket team. When he played for the Indian team in 2002, he became the youngest wicket-keeper to represent a country in Tests. He been part of IPL since its inception and he's been part of most franchises. He was named as the captain for India Green for the 2018–19 Duleep Trophy & as the captain of India B for the 2019–20 Deodhar Trophy.

Sonali Swami -

Moderator: Sonali Swami started weight training at the age of 37, and is a successful international body builder today. Sonali is easily one of the most inspiring female body builders in India. She believes that “If you want to do something, you should just go ahead and do it”. She is an Asian Championship Bronze Medallist. She has recently recovered from covid effectively and is back with immense vitality.
