  5. As discussed earlier Amla contains vitamin c which helps to reduce the natural aging process.

Maintaining healthy lifestyle

Although in today’s busy lifestyle is difficult to pay attention to the health aspect we must try our best to focus on good living habits such as a balanced diet, moderate drinking, and no smoking. Such minor modifications in our lifestyle can have a lasting impact on our immunity.

Regular exercise

We must find at least an hour a day for exercise. It doesn’t have to be intense gym sessions but even a regular walk or jog or yoga would also help build immunity. Any form of physical activity helps improve cardiovascular health, lowers blood pressure, helps control body weight, and protects against infection.

Immunity Boosting Tips - Daily Exercise

Keep yourself hydrated

Drinking regular water is essential especially after sleep as your body could get dehydrated. Water is important in almost every function of the body. It helps to wash away harmful toxins and other substances through urine. Consuming electrolytes with water provides multiple benefits to your immune system such as regulating body fluid, transporting nutrients, regulating pH, and supporting proper muscle function.

Good Night’s sleep

You may find this strange but a good night of sleep is also very important to boost your immunity. An average of 7 hours of sleep is recommended for an adult. When your body gets deprived of sleep your natural immune cells go down and inflammation cells go up. This makes it important to get a good night's sleep to strengthen your immune system.

Conclusion

Remember your immunity is your primary defense mechanism against any virus or bacteria around you. A strong immunity helps to achieve many things in your life. It saves you from all the extra costs of hospitalization and medication. So take care of yourself.
